Why is Hilton consolidating its processing for domestic and international commissions?
Hilton’s objective is to provide travels agents worldwide with one payment, one statement and one point of contact for all Hilton Family hotels. The vast majority of commissions are currently paid centrally, and this will bring domestic commissions into this system, which were previously excluded. This will streamline the commission process and improve service to agents.
