Why is high test h2o2, a water-based nonpolluting fuel,?
why is our government listing concentrated hydrogen peroxide on the terrorist list of explosives when it makes a terrible explosive by itself without adding something with it, when they could put it on a fuels list as a non-polluting water-based fuel that could run our cars and industry on less and more safe concentrations.
