I’m not positive on this, but I believe it has to do with copyright issues for Tiny Tim’s song “Livin’ in the Sunlight, Lovin’ in the Moonlight”. If a show worker could e-mail me in order to confirm or deny this, that’d rule. The episode, however, is available on the special features of The Complete 3rd Season DVD set.
