Why is GP SystmOne is running slowly?
GP SystmOne runs over the internet, so confirm that you are able to browse the internet at normal speed. If the internet is running slowly, then there may be a problem with your BT N3 network connection. Contact the ESSA GP Helpdesk. If the internet is not running slowly, then there could be an issue with the GP SystmOne service. GP SystmOne will run slowly when there is greater network traffic, for example: First thing in the day, when lots of GP SystmOne clients are simultaneously connecting to the SystmOne service. Following a GP SystmOne update, as each client is trying to download a copy of the latest version. Click the lightning symbol in the bottom-right hand corner of the GP SystmOne screen, and contact the ESSA GP Helpdesk.
