Why is GetRaised telling me that its not time for me to ask for a raise?
There are two reasons that GetRaised may tell you it’s not time for a raise. It may be that your salary is appropriate to your position, experience, and location according to system’s analysis. Or, GetRaised may have determined that even though you’re underpaid, that amount is not significant enough to warrant a raise request. You’ll have more success negotiating for raises of larger amounts less frequently. Wait three to six months, and reevaluate with GetRaised.
