For example, my law firm has 64 offices in 25 countries, and I have to make sure I am familiar with our assets in every single one. If a client asks me about what expertise we can offer in our offices in Accra, Sofia, Lusaka, Bratislava, or Dubai, I have to be fluent in their culture, language and relative placement on Earth. I didn’t learn about any of those places in school!
