Why is generation of hourly values with current data not possible for certain periods at some stations (e.g. Bern-Liebefeld, July 2002 – June 2003)?

Data generation is adopted for mean values. For some extreme months or series of months of current data generation can not be made. Choose another random number before starting hourly data generation and try again (Basic data / Random, e.g. 3).
