While restorative justice has been conducted in the UK for minor offences involving youths, there have not been any controlled field tests in RJ for serious offences. For the crime of robbery, there has never been a separate field test conducted for adults or youths, although robbery was included in the violent crimes eligible for the RJ tests in Australia.
