FSCO wants to improve the AIR filing process for Pension Plan Administrators. Pension Plan Administrators have three options for submitting their AIRs: electronically via an online form, electronically in XML format, or in paper format. Both electronic options must be filed in accordance with the Superintendent’s Rule – E-filing a Pension Plan Annual Information Return.
