Why is Form HIJ cut off on the left and right margins when printed?
The Word version of Form HIJ, when printed, is often cut off at the right and left margins. There is a fix for this! When you go to print the form, check the “Fit To Page” option checkbox in your Print Options dialogue box (the box where you can select how many copies to print, etc). This will size down the form to be printed by the average printer.
