A17: In January of 1999, EPA proposed FNOD for inclusion on the National Priorities List based on a Hazard Ranking System (HRS) scoring exercise that considered environmental impacts and potential impacts on Groundwater and Surface water. In July of 1999 the EPA made a final determination and placed FNOD on the General Superfund List for Private Sites.
