Floor Muffler underlayment is a relatively new product on the market that has achieved much acclaim due to its ability to truly dampen sound. Floor Muffler underlayment has won numerous awards and continues to win over homeowners in this area. For any kind of laminate or real wood flooring, sufficient underlayment is required. The methods in which underlayment is installed are called “floated” or “free-floating”. This simply means that it is not attached to the sub-floor.
