Why is Facebook such a good platform for publishers?
Quite simply: it’s viral. When a Facebook user likes one of your articles, or comments on it, this information goes into the profile feed of that person’s friends. The chances are that some of their friends will also be interested in the same topic, and might check out the same article. If they do, and they interact with the article, their friends will see this, and so on, with the effect rippling outwards. In this way your readership will grow.
