Most material failures occur in the first years of the product s life. Ever-Shake offers for the first five (5) years from the date of application, full replacement of any material that is allowing water to penetrate, not due to application, or exclusions of warranty. This also includes coverage for all labor and materials, including accessory materials in the areas of concern. WILL MOSS AND FUNGUS GROW ON EVER-SHAKE? Yes, organic natural materials can grow on Ever-Shake. However, because Ever-Shake is impervious to water penetration, the organic matter will not affect the integrity of the product whatsoever. Moss and fungus should not be allowed to build up on the surface of the roof, due to the potential harm to the underlying membranes within the shake system. Due to the toughness of Ever-Shake, both moss and fungus can be aggressively cleaned off the surface with a high-pressure water washer. Care should be used so not to damage the underlying felts.
