Why is EnergyAustralia the Retailer of Last Resort for particular customers?
There are three electricity networks in New South Wales which are operated by EnergyAustralia, Integral Energy and Country Energy. Depending on where customers are situated and which NSW electricity network the customer falls in, this will determine the Retailer of Last Resort for each customer. For Jackgreen’s customers who fall within EnergyAustralia’s network area, EnergyAustralia is the Retailer of Last Resort.
