Email communication at support@genselect.com is used exclusively so inquirers don’t have to be near a phone at specific times for call-backs, or have to take notes during phone conversations that include detailed information. GenSelect email has proven to be the fastest and most helpful way to convey accurate responses, and the information can be printed for future reference and for sharing with one’s mate. Occasionally a telephone number disconnected years ago appears on random, pre-printed GenSelect label supplies or in some GenSelect Manuals, but there is no valid telephone number available for GenSelect Support.
