Why is dyslexia such a hard word to spell, and lisp such a hard word to say?

Actually I think it’s easier for people with dyslexia to spell it, as they quite often phonetically spell things. Dyslexia is sometimes more of a visual impairment than just not being able to spell, quite often sufferers can’t read what is down in black and white but if the background is changed to a cream then it is easier for them to see. Of course there are many different types of dyslexia and i am just going by what someone I know with dyslexia told me. He knows what letter should be in what word, but often does not know the order of them.
