DualDesk is designed by us for our own technicians to support our own remote customers.It is optimized for speed and size using proprietary compilers and macro assemblers. We don’t sub-contract or outsource DualDesk development, our full-time programmers work in-house alongside our own technicians and engineers so they understand the importance of small, fast remote support and make a team effort to keep the code as small and tight as possible. The DualDesk product you buy is the same DualDesk product our own technicians use.
