Why is double booking being turned on?
If a resource does not allow double booking, it will be very difficult for meeting owners to reschedule meetings after the patch has gone in. For example, Harry has reserved the room you manage on March 12, from 2-3 , and Alice has reserved the room from 3-4. Once the patch is put in, both of these meetings will shift forward by an hour. If Alice tried to reschedule her meeting back to the appropriate time before Harry does, she’ll get an error that the room is double booked. Therefore, to make the rescheduling and coordination of information easier, UIS will turn on turned on double booking for all resources. During the timeframe of Thursday, March 1- Friday, March 16, double booking will be enabled for all resources.
