Why is Donegal not in the list of counties in the Ireland category?

It is only counties that have big cities that are mentioned. Just the main ones. Donegal has no city like the first answer said. I am from Donegal myself and we have a capital town called Letterkenny but no city here. It does not qualify Donegal to be in Answers Ireland category. Maybe one day Yahoo will add on extra counties.
