Possibly because you are using the Tempo channel’s “wait” features and Lingo in the same frame. Use either the Tempo channel or Lingo, but not both in the same frame, because they may work to cross purposes and produce unexpected results. Tempo dialog box functionality can be set using Lingo rather than the Tempo dialog box. Also, you may need to in-between the sprite across at least two score frames or add an additional frame in the score after the frame containing the digital video sprite.
