BRC Digital Phone runs over our privately managed network making us more reliable and the quality of the phone calls better. If there is a power outage or if you lose Internet connectivity, Vonage will not work. Because of this, if a customer has an alarm system, Vonage recommends that the customer keep a traditional landline dedicated to the alarm system.
