Why is Desk Tracker so slow at certain times?
This question addresses times when Desk Tracker is slow to respond or load new pages or reports. The University Libraries are, apparently, both the largest and most active client using Desk Tracker (a few other very large universities have signed on, but must not be using it yet). So, there’ll be a bit of an adjustment period for the vendor. We have been in contact with them about this issue and they have assured us that they are addressing it.
