The Datacatch Librarian application may have stopped for some reason, or you may have disabled the automatic notification option. To make sure Datacatch Librarian is running, double-click its icon from your computer’s desktop. Then right-click the Datacatch Librarian icon in your System Tray and make sure that either “Show New Media Desktop Alert” or “Show New Media Dialog Box” is selected.
