Why is customer service so bad at Disneyland?
Not just customer service, its Disney’s service in general. I live 45 minutes away from Disney World and I go every Saturday. Most tourists do not notice the change in labor. People are getting layed off and shops like water stands are closing at 5. Thereforth they are pushing people to more expensive resturants. Get a 12 buck pizza! A 100 dollar dinner! Get the picture? Service at Disney is so bussy that people are so stressed they are forgeting to care. Where is the magic in that? Answer mine: http://answers.yahoo.
