Why is Council changing over the bins in November/December?
November and December are two of the busiest garden waste collection months. By conducting the changeover across this period, more bins will be presented and this will help Council to retrieve all the old garden waste bins from the properties. It is important to put your old bin out as once the bin changeover for your area is complete the waste service collection truck will not collect waste from any old garden waste bins.
