Why is computer known as electronic device instead of electric though it works with the help of electricity?
Transistor and Integrated circuits(IC) are Electronic components which are used in computer, that the reason we use word “Electronic Device” for computer. Because the controlled (output) power can be much larger than the controlling (input) power, the transistor provides amplification of a signal.
