Why is Chibi Chibi so short but Sailor Cosmos is so tall?
The reason Chibi Chibi is so short yet Sailor Cosmos is so tall is because Chibi Chibi was a disguise for Sailor Cosmos. A cute little child would be less of a suspect than a grown adult as far as being who she truely was goes. In the anime, since Chibi Chibi was Sailor Galaxia’s star seed, she didn’t need to be tall, I suppose. This is really a tough question to answer, my answers are merely speculation that I think would be reasonable, nothing Naoko Takeuchi or any of the animators actually said themselves.
