Why is calibration service so important?
Presently, quality control is being promoted in production facilities of all industries, utilising a standard object or instrument for the production technology involved. For measuring instruments, increasingly high levels of measurement accuracy and inter-change ability are being required. Inspection and calibration service is installed to the Konica Minolta service system to give the customer the highest possible security that his Konica Minolta Spectrophotometer shows correct readings. Also in ISO 9000 it is pointed out that quality control systems must be maintained in a specified interval. Companies which are certified by ISO 9000 need a proper inspection and certification of the used measuring instruments. The certificate must show the inspection data and the traceable standards which were used to capture this data.
