Why is Cadre Control involved in training?
While we work on a wide range of organisational security activities, we find that training is often neglected, and it is an area to which we like to bring special attention. Identifying training needs and providing or supervising training services allows us to help our clients steadily improve their own ability to deal with security threats and has positive side effects in morale, readiness and even retention. Being involved in training services reflects our philosophy of not making our clients dependent on us for routine operations but instead for us to be involved in the areas where we can make the greatest difference.
