Why is BBA certification important?
Many Local Authorities or larger contracts will require the security of BBA certification in the roofing system used by their contractors. This is an established standard of quality throughout the whole of the building industry. Because of this, it is important that all approved Topseal contractors maintain a high standard of service and always operate according to the guidance of the Topseal Installation Manual as this forms part of the basis for BBA certification. Deviating from this guidance not only jeopardises the BBA certification of the Topseal system, but also the individual contractor’s approval as a Topseal contractor.
