Why is Barry Obama trying to delay the exit of our troops from Iraq?
It is in Obama’s interest to continue to paint the Iraq War as a debacle and a mess that we need to get out of. My son-in-law just came back from there and he has filled me in and the picture painted by the Obama campaign, the democrates, and the new media (most of it anyway) is so far from the truth it isn’t funny. Bagdad is getting a taste of peace and the people of Iraq are seeing a light at the end of the tunnel… they are looking forward to peace and prosperity and already seeing some of that benefit. We are needed there less and less every day and so should the troops be pulled back some but this undermines Obama’s promise to be THE ONE… so I can see he might want that to stop… it undermines his campaign.
