Why is Apathy scorned in modern Society?
I think the relationship between politics media and the person has become tortuous I havent been able to cope since the seventies with T.V or newspapers – I can only care about my own stance in the world adn what I can control. I think we are on the road to a collective madness being asked to care about so many contradictory things and so many pointless things that are whipped up out of nowhere- I see newpaper headlines whilst out shopping and they are always screaming about some celebrity footballer or their wife – I dont think its apathy just intelligence to care about whats in front of me and live my own life carefully and wisely. I recycle faithfully and dont use carriers and give what I can and hope that I am kind to those I meet along the way but I am afraid the celebs will have to live their lives for themselves.
