The body is so amazing and complex. You have 11 systems in your body – which we will talk about in a little bit – that all work together to create an interconnected interdependent system which allows you to walk and talk and smile and do yoga. The body is always changing and moving in every breath, in every moment. It takes your body about 7 years to completely make itself over — you make your stomach over every 4 days, you make your liver over every seven months, women are replacing the lining of their uterus every 28 days – and all that change leads to an entirely new system after about 7 years. In addition to all that change you are breathing 23,000 times a day, your heart it beating more than 80,000 times a day, your cranio-sacral rhythm is pulsating 40,000 times day – the body is always vibrating, pulsating, moving and changing without any help from us.
