Why is anatomy and physiology an important subject for beayty therapists to study?
I’m neither a physiotherapist nor a beautician but I should think that it’s important for a beautician to know how to find the bones of the face in order to apply makeup correctly; plus, if you’re going to be giving massages, you’re going to know where the major muscle groups are, how they respond best to pressure and what not to do in order not to create damage within the muscles. Going deeper into the ‘beauty’ industry, a tatooist and some one who pierces …parts … are going to need to know about the circulation system, as well as the muscle groups, I should think.
