Institutions are required to remit to Revenu Qubec the unclaimed financial assets to which you have a right in the following cases: • no claims have been made, no transactions have been performed or no instructions have been given for a period of three years • for the institution, you are an unknown or untraceable person, heir, legatee or other interested party • the institution was unable to trace you despite its reasonable efforts
