Why is an education at SUNY Orange a bargain?
Funding for SUNY’s community colleges is shared among the state of New York, the local county sponsor and the student. Orange County Community College prides itself on being cost- effective at the same time it provides quality education. The tuition – $1,500 per semester for full-time students – is among the lowest of the 30 community colleges in the state. It is also well documented that students with an Associate’s Degree could earn $225,000 more over their career than someone with a high school degree alone.
