Why is an agent needed for UL and DHHS?

Regulatory agencies such as UL, CSA and FDA do not recommend or assist with solutions to problems or test failures, as their personnel can only inform requirements. An agent has knowledge of how agencies are interconnected or harmonized to coordinate approvals. An agent can provide examples of labels, markings, manuals, quality control and safety instructions and various forms.
