Why is American culture so popular around the world?
American popular culture is undemanding. It does not require a person has a particular faith or political point of view. Most importantly, it’s based upon freedom of choice. You don’t have to drink Coca Cola, you can have Pepsi or anything else you like. “You want fries with that?” I was born in 1941 and grew up in the immediate post war years here in London.
