Why is a user’s mail returned undelivered?
There are several reasons why mail might be returned undelivered: The recipient’s mailbox is full (see Mail management). The recipient should reduce the size of their mailbox by deleting messages (especially those with attachments) from their folders, starting with the Deleted and Outbox folders. The recipient is assigned to a restriction list that does not allow them to receive mail from the sender (see Viewing a user’s account details). The recipient is not allowed to receive attachments (see Viewing a user’s account details).
