Why is a spay or neuter agreement required for pet homes?
Responsible breeding is one of our top priorities. Therefore we do not want to see the puppies end up in the hands of puppy millers or any other irresponsible breeders. Also, spayed or neutered Border Collies tend to be healthier, have less behavioral problems, are less likely to roam, and are generally better family members.
