When an employee’s record has Extra Withholding entered in the “Taxes for…(Employee’s name)” window, for either Federal or State Withholding, QuickPayroll will continue to deduct the Extra Withholding amount from an advance marked Add to Net. To resolve the problem, manually zero out the taxes on the advance in the Preview Paycheck window.
