Why is a Hold Harmless Agreement necessary?
This is a risk management issue for SNEC-PMI. Because we cannot control every aspect of a project, we cannot therefore be held liable for possible injury. Many companies require similar signed agreements from their associate volunteers, retirees, and guests. What if a volunteer refuses to sign the waiver form?
