In today’s world, when you buy produce from the grocery store you have no idea where it came from and who grew it. A CSA lets you develop a relationship with the people who grow the food your family eats. CSAs are a great way for small family farms to continue to make a living, and for consumers, it cuts down on needless transportation from the farm to all the many stops before it reaches your family.
