Why is a black screen displayed during a SOL session as soon as Windows starts loading?
Intel® AMT only supports text (ASCII) graphics. I cannot locate an Intel® AMT machine using IP scan, even though I can connect to the machine using Web GUI. Possible cause: The IP address cannot be resolved into the host name. Check the DNS forward/reverse lookup zone. I can connect to Intel® AMT using a Web browser, but I can’t discover it using the add-on. Cause: In order to successfully discover an Intel® AMT machine using the add-on, the DNS and DHCP servers must be configured correctly. Solution: Make sure that the DHCP server issues a correct IP address to the Intel® AMT machine and updates the DNS server’s forward and reverse lookup zones. Also make sure that the hostname specified for Intel® AMT is identical to the one specified for the operating system.
