Why industrialized modular architecture?
Our industrialized modular architecture offers many advantages: it is a system in which a house is built per structure modules in-shop including installation and finishes. Thereafter, said modules are transported by truck to the final site. Building is performed with the assembly of the industrialized modules by experts from the shop. In this way, building time is reduced by more than 50 % in respect to a traditional house, there is no risk that weather situations may delay work and quality control is greater due to the systematization of processes and the homogeneity of each of the building elements. Additionally, security risks decrease due to the fact that most of the work is performed at the shop.
