Why induction hobs?

0

Cleaner, smarter and safer than any other method of cooking. Induction hobs heat up faster and work at almost double of the speed of a gas hob. Unlike gas, there is no risk of overflowing and causing a fire. Our hobs have locks and timers, and only if a suitable pan is placed on the hob will it heat up. Just the pan heats up, rather than the hob, so the kitchen will never become unbearable hot. Once the pan is removed there is very little residual heat on the hob, so cutting the risk of burning hands. It is a ‘greener’ more energy efficient heat source, up to 90% more efficient than gas and electricity.
