Why Indian family TV shows based on Hindu families , are so gay ?
I thought I was the only one to notice. The shows are really gay and stupid. A typical 30-minute show has the following plot: First thirty seconds: Repressed female protagonist reveals something shocking like: -I’m pregnant -I was raped -I burned the curry For the other 29 mins & 30 secs: Multiple close ups of the entire cast, revealing their ‘shocked’ expressions, with ominous music in the background. This is where the gayness sets in, as actors ham it up in front of the camera, each trying to outdo the other with their expressions of shock/grief/indigestion. Amazingly, people watch this 5|-|it, probably because it fried their brains the first time round.
