What do you want to achieve by making this issue as multilateral? Kashmir is part was and will remain part of India even though some part of Kashmir is currently occupied by Pakistan, and that is called by International community as disputed land. This issue should be resolved between the two countries, there is no space for the third country. Why would India involve any third country as mediator in this issue? I would like to understand from you, why do you think any one else should get involved? And if any one else decided on India’s behalf would it be accpeted to any Indian if it is not in favor of India? Anything other than complete Kashmis is not acceptable, thus when the solution is known then no other mediator is required.
