Why include or exclude rare Chinese, Kanji, or Hanja characters in handwriting recognition?
These characters are frequently used in proper names and names of streets and parks. If you do not include rare Chinese, Kanji, or Hanja characters in handwriting recognition, Input Panel will not recognize these characters. However if you choose to include the rare characters, handwriting recognition might be less accurate for commonly used characters in these languages.
